The Account Manager Intelligent Inspections (M/F/X) is a distinctly commercial profile who autonomously identifies and approaches new potential clients in Belgium. The focus lies on developing and commercializing innovative intelligent inspection solutions from the Vinçotte / KIWA participations, in complementarity with Vinçotte’s existing services.
The role initially operates independently from the existing account structure in order to guarantee speed, focus, and traction. Existing account managers are only involved when this demonstrably creates added value or accelerates scaling.
The Account Manager works with their own commercial KPIs, exclusively linked to intelligent inspection services. This ensures that no conflict of interest arises with existing inspection techniques or propositions.
Functie
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with overall sales objectives (growth, retention, cross- & upsell).
- Translate sales targets into sector-specific actions and monitor progress through regular account reviews.
- Build, manage, and expand long-term commercial relationships; act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Drive growth by replicating successful approaches across similar customers and sectors.
- Manage sales opportunities end-to-end, including scoping customer needs, preparing and defending proposals, and closing contracts.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, customer service, finance) to ensure feasible and profitable solutions.
- Monitor market trends and customer expectations and share insights with internal teams.
- Support contract renewals and retention in collaboration with Account Managers.
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding and follow up on ongoing projects to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Profiel
Education: Master’s degree or equivalent through experience, with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
Experience: Proven experience in complex B2B sales processes within asset-intensive industrial environments, involving multiple technical and operational stakeholders.
Languages: Multilingual – Dutch, French, and English.
